My Doctor has decided that my cholesterol is too high and has given me a course of tablets which I start today. I hate popping pills, but if the choice is pills or multiple heart bypass like my dad had to have, I guess I will take the pills...

Really nice lighting here, wouldn't be out of place on a stock photography site! I like the perspective too, making them seem huge!

Like the perspective. Kind of emphasises the importance of these pills in your life.
Excellent use of DOF, I agree with the pills vs bypass, you should look into some of the natural foods as well, i.e. oatmeal.

It's a lot easier to take a pill than to go the other way. Keep working at it, and I'm sure you can bring your cholesterol under control.
